October Maintenance Contributions Homeowners are reminded that October 2026 maintenance invoices and statements have been circulated. We encourage all homeowners to keep their accounts current. Timely maintenance contributions are essential to supporting security, landscaping, infrastructure maintenance and the overall upkeep of Village Green. Residents who have already paid but whose accounts have not been updated are kindly asked to forward their proof of payment to the Management Office.

The Board extends its heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of the late Mr. Walford Shaw. A community tribute and memorial service will be held as follows: Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026 Time: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Venue: Village Green Clubhouse Residents are warmly invited to attend as we come together to honor his memory and support his family.

We advise residents that Lattesha, a member of our gardening team, will commence two weeks of vacation leave effective October 20, 2026. We appreciate your understanding during this period and thank our landscaping team for their continued efforts in maintaining our beautiful community.

Please be advised that the Management Office will be closed from Tuesday, October 20, through Friday, October 23, 2026, and will reopen on Monday, October 26, 2026. Residents are encouraged to continue making maintenance payments through the available online payment facilities. Cash and cheque payments may be made when the office reopens
